Arnica montana is a medicinal herb of the Asteraceae family with yellow-orange flowers that blooms between July and August in the bright high mountain pastures, especially in the mountainous areas of southern Russia and Europe. Arnica is an excellent solution for those who cannot tolerate pain and want to avoid the side effects caused by common pain relievers. But it boasts many other beneficial properties at the same time.

Arnica appears to contain active ingredients that can reduce inflammation and pain. It is also attributed antibiotic properties.
